(Zwolle, 2004-2008)

Meaning Bandname: The band name was not too serious and in the vein of many bands ending their name with crusher. We all had trouble with working jobs so we called our band Jobcrusher.

Bio: The band started in early 2004 when Bart and Jasper had stopped with their band Lomb. Sander and David had previously played in a band called Blaat. When we started we really had as a goal to go on the road a lot. A goal that unfortunately was never achieved. We played most of our gigs in the Netherlands and a few in Germany and Belgium. We rehearsed at the local CO-9 squat and after that was evicted we started rehearsing in De Oude Ambachts School squat, also in Zwolle. In the last 1½  years we had often disagreements and fights within the band and several cancelled gigs because of it. Besides that we didn´t have transport anymore to get to gigs as one van was stolen and the other broke down with no money to repair. Our last gig was as the very first band at Trashfest 2008 in Steenwijk for the sound guy and a few friends. We never decided to call it quits but it turned out that way anyway.

Description: The music style was fast and loud grinding crustcore.
