Squatted on September 2023 and evicted on 23 February 2025. WaterSkaap was a free autonomous social center in the suburbs of Groningen. A meeting point of all alternative and open-minded people from all parts of the world. Free space for free people. Waterskaap is a wordplay. It means the Water Council (who is the owner of the building) but also Water Sheep.
