(Wormer, 1980–1981)
Bio: Knew eachother from school and started a band called Velletje & De Ingewanden [Skin & The Intestines] with Bas on keyboards. They rehearsed in the school chapel. When they heard they could play on the 11th April, they changed the bandname in De Groeten in January 1980. Bas got kicked out because his parents forbade him to join the band. Peter improvised the lyrics during the first concert. After the summer of 1980, they started rehearsing every week in a barn next to the house of Arne-Sven.
