(Sneek, 1979–1983)
Bio: Also known as Toylets. Formed because there was nothing else to do. Had about 30 songs with some covers. Practised 4 months before the first gig in Rotterdam. Started playing punk but changed the style in 1980 (think The Cure). To get concerts, they also operated under the name Subsequent Pleasure because the original name scared programmers. After the release of the An Unspoiled Land 12”, the label Korova from the UK showed interest (they released bands such as Echo & The Bunnymen and The Sound) but the band had to change the name to Toylets. Eventually they didn’t got a deal.
