Eviction W.N.C. 26-27 May 1990

1990.05.26 Squatters and sympathisers build barricades because of the upcoming eviction.
1990.05.27 After 31 hours all squatters voluntary leave the buildings and all get arrested.
1990.06.09 All prisoners are put in provisional custody
1990.06 At the end of June, 48 prisoners are released from detention.
1990.07.03-09 The lawsuit starts in Groningen
1990.07.06 All prisoners are released except for 2.
1991.11.12-14 Appeal & Acquittal for most of the arrested @ Leeuwarden

From the 139 arrested, 33 talk to the police, 12 also point out other people. Because of this they could build the case on Article 140 (criminal organisation) and keep people much longer in detention. The ones who talk get released soon but eventually are convicted on Art.141 (public violence).
