History: The first concert of the Hockrockjes was in the downstage of the Vera Club in Groningen in the summer of 1999. Djoerd was the original bassplayer but quit after a year. He got replaced by Sabine. In 2001 they released a song called “Vuile Hoer” on a compilation CD of various local bands. This CD was released by a Comiczine from Groningen called Gr’nn. Dikkie left the band in juli 2002 and is still sad about it. Cause: explosive number of other bands.
